I rather like the fact that the Catholic heaven looks like so much more fun! And since this is Marge's imagination, perhaps she's on the verge of converting herself! ;D

Seriously, though, it says a lot about the writers, and, in this case, most of it is good.
That particular episode consisted of Marge's attempts to prevent the conversion of Bart. Left unspoken was why Lisa Simpson is allowed to convert to Buddhism, but Bart can't be a Catholic. The end of the episode suggests there is no truth to Christianity at all, as the future would probably look at Bart as a God to be worshipped.
theres always that small inconvenience that there is no "catholic" or "protestant" heaven and that Heaven is for those who are saved in Christ. It is NOT a religion that saves. It is Christ. With him are those who reject tradition, manmade dogma, idolatry and false prophets claiming to be Christ on Earth. Those who embrace these, reject their invitation to Heaven.
In Christ.

Ryan,
I'm sorry that you have been deceived and now believe lies about Catholic teaching.
You should read the tracts and links on this site: Anti-Catholicism
