The video above can also be viewed here: Healthy Catholic #01 - Body and Soul
I found this series of videos on YouTube last week. They're very good, and I think they're especially appropriate during Lent. I plan to post all of them.
Any thoughts?

It's pretty good, as long as this priest gets around to the spiritual side of things (which I presume he will).
As C.S. Lewis said: You don't have a soul. You ARE a soul; you have a body.

The priest who produced this is Fr. Roderick Vonhögen, from the Archdiocese of Utrecht, The Netherlands. He is the founder of Star Quest Production Network (SQPN) and was given the green light from his bishop to spread the gospel through new media. He was also instrumental in getting the Vatican’s podcast up and running.
The show’s podcasts, which range from serious to semi-entertainment, can be found at sqpn.com and are primarily aimed at a younger crowd. They include “The Daily Breakfast”, “Rosary Army”, “The Saint Cast” and many others. The exercise video is his first foray into video.
